Amanda is both an experienced coach and seasoned HR senior executive, with over 20 years’ experience gained mainly in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. She has enjoyed an international career, living and working in Europe and Asia, forming close working relationships across these regions as well as the US, Latin America and the Middle East. She is no stranger to supporting businesses and individuals through significant change, including creating/changing company cultures, working across diverse geographical regions/cultures and handling the human aspects of acquisitions and divestments.
Amanda has a passion for promoting cultural understanding and adaptability, particularly in relation to building and maintaining personal and team resilience. This can include assessing individuals destined for multi-national careers, developing them in advance to achieve success; coaching leaders to support speedy assimilation and building successful teams in environments that may be foreign to them; coaching leaders whose teams are spread across the globe, motivating and inspiring people whose perspectives may vary from their own.
